        It is my pleasure to confirm that Capital Steel & Wire, Inc. has been  awarded status as a Caterpillar Approved Steel Service Center.  Your company will be listed in the next revision of 1E1861 Approved Steel Suppliers.  In the meantime, you may use this letter as your authorization to market products as an Approved Caterpillar supplier, but any printed advertisements containing Caterpillar logos or ad copy must be approved through our Public Affairs office.  My thanks go to all the Capital employees for their efforts to develop Capital as an Approved source.
